How to properly identify the part you need:

* Each laptop model may be installed with different dc jacks during its production run.
* Picture, pin size (if appropriate and listed) and shape must match.
* Any jack which does not include an attached cable as pictured will require soldering.
* There is no warranty, exchange or return on any dc jack.

Warranty Information:
We do not accept returns for improperly ordered parts. All pulled (used) parts are thoroughly tested against defects prior to being listed. Parts carry a 30-day warranty only against failure. No refunds or exchanges except to replace a defective item for the same part ordered within the 30-day warranty. DC jacks and lcd bulbs do not carry any warranty due to the nature of the part. Memory modules are lifetime warranty. Batteries and AC Adapters carry a one year warranty.

Shipping Information:
* All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Holidays and bad weather may delay pickup for delivery.
