* These parts are not interchangeable between different makes and model laptops.
* Match the description, picture, and any part numbers associated with the part to our list.
* Some power button boards are included with the plastic power button panels and can be found in this category.
* Motherboard part numbers must be exact and are not interchangeable even between the same model lineup.
* Voltage regulators play a partial part in charging your battery. If your battery does not fully charge or does not chage at all this may be the faulty part. Other suspected sources of the problem may include the battery, dc jack, or motherboard.
* Modem, lan cards, video, sound and mini pci wireless cards do not include software drivers. These can be obtained from the respected manufacturer's websites.

Warranty Information:
We do not accept returns for improperly ordered parts. All pulled (used) parts are thoroughly tested against defects prior to being listed. Parts carry a 30-day warranty only against failure. No refunds or exchanges except to replace a defective item for the same part ordered within the 30-day warranty. DC jacks and lcd bulbs do not carry any warranty due to the nature of the part. Memory modules are lifetime warranty. Batteries and AC Adapters carry a one year warranty.

* All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Holidays and bad weather may delay pickup for delivery.
