How to properly identify the part you need:
* These bulbs only fit the associated make and model lcd and may include the frame as shown in the pictures.
* These bulbs are removed directly from new displays.
* Each bulb is tested for brightness and contrast prior to packaging.
* Due to the fragility of these bulbs, there is no warranty or return.
* These bulbs are packaged in tissue and thick walled tubes and then packed in a larger shipping box.

Warranty Information:
We do not accept returns for improperly ordered parts. All pulled (used) parts are thoroughly tested against defects prior to being listed. Parts carry a 30-day warranty only against failure. No refunds or exchanges except to replace a defective item for the same part ordered within the 30-day warranty. DC jacks and lcd bulbs do not carry any warranty due to the nature of the part.

Shipping Information:
* All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday thru Friday ship the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Holidays and bad weather may delay pickup for delivery.

Condition Explanation:
NEW: A new laptop part by the manufacturer.
NPUL: A part removed from a dissassembled new laptop.
PULL: A tested part removed from a used laptop.
