How to properly identify the part you need:
* Most cooling fans include the heatsink. These assemblies are sold as shown and not separately.
* When searching for a fan assembly make sure the make and model of the laptop in the description matches yours. Also, verify part numbers and other identifying numbers are a match.
* Make sure the ratings on the fan and the number of wires match your faulty fan are the same.
* Some fans will have the same basic look and specifications; however very few can be crossed between different laptop brands even though all the numbers match.
* You can test for a faulty fan by applying either 5v or 6v to the fan.
* We also sell heatsink themal paste under Reference #441030.

Warranty Information:
We do not accept returns for improperly ordered parts. All pulled (used) parts are thoroughly tested against defects prior to being listed. Parts carry a 30-day warranty only against failure. No refunds or exchanges except to replace a defective item for the same part ordered within the 30-day warranty. DC jacks and lcd bulbs do not carry any warranty due to the nature of the part. Memory modules are lifetime warranty. Batteries and AC Adapters carry a one year warranty.

* All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Holidays and bad weather may delay pickup for delivery.
