How to properly identify the laptop lcd display you need:
* Many laptops share the same display. All our displays are Brand New or New Pulls unless noted in the part's description.
* The lcds we sell do not include any mounting hardware or lcd cables.
* Some lcds, such as a few Dell screens, include the inverter and are noted in our description.
* In regards to the model number of the display, the numbers or letters in parenthesis are very important in making sure you match the correct display for your laptop.
* You must match the make and model to what is currently installed in your laptop. Installing a different display may result in damage to your laptop.
* Some common symptoms of lcd failure includes (a) blank white display (b) vertical or horizontal lines (c) large pixelization or random blinking characters (d) 'ink spots' indicating a cracked display (e) jittering of the display, etc.
* A dark or dim display does not necessarily indicate a faulty bulb. However, if it is the bulb, this does not mean you need to replace your display.
