Important Warranty & Return Information on Parts

Each part, new or used, carries a 30-day warranty against defects. The warranty starts the day the part(s) are signed for and terminates exactly 30-days thereafter including weekends and holidays. If a part has failed during this period of time you can return it to us for an exchange of the same part only. You are responsible for ordering the correct part as we will not exchange any part which was incorrectly ordered. There is also no refund on any part, just the above mentioned exchange for a defective part. If in any doubt as to whether you have the correct part(s), please call during our phone hours prior to ordering your part(s).

You are responsible for matching our part's description and any part numbers or any other listed numbers associated with a particular part to determine if it is the correct part you need. Each part listed has a picture that represents the part you are ordering. All numbers must match as parts are rarely interchangeable between different laptop brands or models. If you have any doubt, please call a sales representative before placing your online order.

If you need to return an item, you need to request a RMA number here.

DO NOT CALL US FOR AN RMA. Any package returned to us without a RMA number will be rejected by our receiving department.

Customer is responsible for shipping and please use either UPS or FedEx as we cannot accept packages via US Post office.

Important Warranty & Return Information on Repairs

There is a 6-month warranty on all laptop repairs we perform.  If, for any reason, the exact symptom and problem originally described fails again within the warranty preriod, please return the system in the box you received on the first repair.  Also, please use the same repair order number you previously used. Finally, fill out and include in the package the warranty form you received with your repair.
