Part Warranty Information:

Each part, new or used, carries a 30-day warranty against defects. DC jack and backlight bulbs do not carry any warranty. If a part has failed during this period of time you can return it to us for an exchange of the same part only. You are responsible for ordering the correct part as we will not exchange any part which was incorrectly ordered. There is also no refund on any part, just the above mentioned exchange for a defective part.
You are responsible for matching our part's description and any part numbers or any other listed numbers associated with a particular part to determine if it is the correct part you need. Each part listed has a picture that represents the part you are ordering. All numbers must match as parts are rarely interchangeable between different laptop brands or models. If you have any doubt, please contact us before placing your online order.
Before we can accept any returned merchandise you will need a RMA Number.

Shipping Methods:
We ship out all parts in sealed anti-static bags. We also mark each part for our identification. We ship out products by UPS only using a flat rate system. We can ship either ground ($10.00), 2nd day air ($25.00), or next day air ($45.00). Hawaii or Alaska 2-day ($43.00)
We do not accept walk-in traffic as we are an internet only business. All parts are delivered requiring a customer signature for acceptance.
