Excel Computer is a USA Corporation and has been in business since early 1989 servicing individuals and small to large businesses across the United States. We used to have our hands in all aspects of the computer industry, but over the last several years we have been dedicated to the sale of laptop parts. We ship all across the United States and to selected countries (shown below).

Part Warranty Information:
|
Each part carries a warranty against defects. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and must be received for exchange within the specified warranty period. An approved RMA is required for exchange for the same part only and there are no refunds. Keyboards, batteries, hard drives, cd drives, drive caddies, fans, cables, hinges, plastic covers, palmrests, plastic casing and ac adapters carry a one year (365-day) warranty. Inverters, lcd displays, all circuit boards and cpu's carry a 30-day warranty. DC jacks, drive adapters, power cords and any other part not listed carry no warranty. Memory modules carry a lifetime warranty. The customers is responsible for matching our part's description and any part numbers or any other listed numbers associated with a particular part to determine if it is the correct part you need. Each part listed has a picture that represents the part you are ordering. All numbers must match as parts are rarely interchangeable between different laptop brands or models. If you have any doubt, please contact us before placing your online order.
Before we can accept any returned merchandise you will need a RMA Number.

Shipping Methods:
We ship out products by UPS. We can ship either ground, 2nd day air or next day air depending on your location. Canadian options include Worldwide Expedited and UPS Standard. Australia, New Zealand and European orders ship by Worldwide Expedited only.
We do not accept walk-in traffic as we are an internet only business. All parts are delivered requiring a customer signature for acceptance. International customers will have to pay duties and taxes arranged by UPS upon entering your country.
