According to the warranty you agreed to during checkout, an RMA Number will be issued only for the exchange of a defective part within the 30-day warranty period. Exchange will be for the same part number only.

A copy of our warranty that was agreed to by you during the click-through step of the online checkout process is on file with your order in accordance to Visa/Mastercard policy for online ordering and is duplicated on the bottom of this page. This assures you were aware of the policy before completing your order.

Before sending any part for exchange you must receive an RMA number from us. We will only provide a RMA number if your return qualifies under our exchange policy you agreed to. Any part arriving to our shop without an authorized RMA number will be automatically rejected by our receiving department.

Each part carries a warranty against defects. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and must be received for exchange within the specified warranty period. An approved RMA is required for exchange for the same part only and there are no refunds. Keyboards, batteries, hard drives, cd drives, drive caddies, fans, cables, hinges, plastic covers, palmrests, plastic casing and ac adapters carry a one year (365-day) warranty. Inverters, lcd displays, all circuit boards and cpu's carry a 30-day warranty. DC jacks, drive adapters, power cords and any other part not listed carry no warranty. Memory modules carry a lifetime warranty.

The customer is responsible for matching our part's description, any part number or any other listed numbers associated with a particular part to determine if it is the correct part. Each part listed has a picture that represents the part that is being ordered. All numbers must match as parts are rarely interchangeable between different laptop brands or models. If you have any doubt you are ordering the correct part, please email us through our website prior to placing your online order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A change of address after product is shipped will result in an additional service charge, UPS charge and will void all warranties. All refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any other charges occuring from a refused shipment.
